SHIPPING POLICY

We are a small in house team which will be packaging your order, and we do our best to compete with Amazon. THE MAJORITY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOURCED FROM OVERSEAS MANUFACTURERS. IN CASES WHERE AN ITEM IS NOT READILY AVAILABLE. PLEASE ALLOW FOR AN APPROXIMATE PROCESSING DURATION OF 2-3 DAYS, WITH AN EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMEFRAME OF 3-4 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED. OUR INVENTORY IS CONSISTENTLY REPLENISHED, EVERY TWO WEEKS AND IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CURRENT SHIPMENT, IT WILL BE DISPATCHED IN THE NEXT LOAD. YOUR PATIENCE IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED

PRE ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT OUT TO YOU AS YOU WILL 100% STILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, I POST CONSTANT UPDATES ON MY INSTAGRAM PAGE!! MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND SHIP OUT IN LOADS

When will you restock On-Hand ?

All drops starts off on-hand and once sold out it switches over to preorder, So you have to be first and fast when new drop is introduced. There may be times when someone cancel their preorder or something may happen with their preorder leaving to having extra inventory on hand which is an often occasion. Preorders are still best to do as the time frame waiting for something to come on-hand you will wait longer than you would have waited for preorder.

Return Or Package Stolen ?

After delivery date you will have 1-day to make a return and receive a refund or swap out. (Contact me before starting this process) Package must come back in condition it was given before refund process or swapping process start I must approve order is still in same condition when received. If your package is stolen WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE sadly , due to past scams we cannot further be responsible for stolen products. So to avoid this make sure you using your tracking number best as possible and also schedule pickup and delivery times with your shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx & Etc)

Why is my order being cancelled fast ?

If your order is being cancelled quickly it’s due to our high risks orders cancellation platform to avoid any more scams that has happened in the past. To avoid this make sure you have VPN off & your credit card shipping address is correct & for better accuracy that your credit shipping address matches your delivery address.
